From old Mexico to the Big Island.
Los Tres Mex started fifteen years ago by the Cifuentes family in a tiny kiosk in the Waikoloa Village Highlands shopping center. In 2019, we moved into the new Highlands Center Food Court.
The legacy has been passed on, and today we still hand-roll the enchiladas and make every plate to order from family recipes. Counter-service, takeout-first, family-run.
